After a short amount of time has passed, the video will show live-actioon footage, started out with a man crying in the bathtub while masturbating with feces all over him, then shows a front-view of the man laying down on the bathtub while drinking liquid feces coming out from his wife's anus while sitting on top of him over his mouth to defecate into his mouth while wearing a swimming mask.  
The video starts with a slideshow intro (appears to be edited together presenting what is about to come as a challenge, with Windows Movie Maker), after the slideshow ends.  


Then it shows a bunch of random footage of a man and a woman doing disturbing and disgusting acts with body fluids in a bathroom. It first starts out with the man crying in the bathtub while masturbating with feces all over him, and throwing one of them up. Then the rest of the footages are of him close and looking up drinking and eating all the watery feces and diarrhea coming out from his wife's anus with his mouth open and her sitting on top of him over his mouth in the same bathtub with swimming goggles, and each and every one of the little footages of it all has different lighting.
It shows more footage of him doing the same thing in different views. with different lightning and everything struggling to eat all of the feces as the woman shitting on him tells him that he's a pig, that people envy him, and that she wants to see him eat all of it. It is unknown if he is enjoying or disgusted by the feces.  
 
He appears to be very disgusted by diarrhea and feces, he even flinches most of the time as he struggles to eat it all.
 
He also rubs it all over his body and talks about how disgusting it is while giggling, and he also gargles her urine as he drinks it, and even puts some of it in his anus and poops it back out saying and grunting, "I'm having a baby!" While moaning.  
 
It shows a final piece of footage of him doing the same thing as before but in way better lighting. It then shows the aftermath of all of the events of the bathtub with a text asking the viewer if they have completed the challenge.
