Scariest Ever!! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Teyzo on July 28, 2006. It is Teyzo's second video.
The video begins with white text on a blue background saying 'WARNING!! this video contains disturbing images', followed by these images with a spooky noise:
- A baby.
- A yellow smiley face.
- A hot air balloon.
- A landscape featuring a mountain with it's reflection in a sea.
At the 15 second mark, Dr. Tongue appears with a female scream that plays twice, followed by text saying 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA' and smaller text saying 'YOU WERE SET UP BY TEYZO'.
