E sobre esses SPAMS, é bem normal ocorrer esses tipos de ataque, mas podes diminuir bastante eles, programando os "filtro de edição" que impede que um programa espalhe esses SPAMS, algumas Wikis até aplica auto-Ban quem aplica esses SPAMS, só não sei se aqui podem bloquear automativamente um alvo desses, mas pelo menos vai diminuir bastante os ataques, quando programar os filtros daqui.
