What's The Matter With This Picture? was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Para Para Revolution (aka Mega Osodashi), the video was originally titled "What's Wrong With This Picture?".
The video was originally titled "What's Wrong with this Picture?" and featured a photograph of a clinic's waiting room set to the tune of "Dream Fighter" by the Japanese band Perfume. The video was designed to appear innocuous, with the volume of the song set low to encourage viewers to turn up the volume for a better experience. At the 0:37 mark, the video takes a sudden and terrifying turn. A haunting image of a skeleton boy with hair (taken from the YouTube video "15 Creepiest Things A Child Has Ever Said" by Planet Dolan) appears on the screen, accompanied by a blood-curdling scream. The video then cuts to a black screen with white text, urging viewers to check out more videos on the channel and subscribe. The song Whenever Love by Ken Laszlo plays in the background, with the copyrighted music by Perfume removed.
Due to the song's copyrighted content, the music by Perfume is removed. It was permanently deleted on June 21, 2018. The video description says "Folks, stare at this picture! There's something strange going on in it!"
