The whole truth about VKontakte (Russian: Вся правда о сайте vkontakte) is a Russian screamer video that has been circulating since at least 2012. The earliest upload dates to May 17, 2012 by Тимур Саркесьян.
Video
For most of the video, we see a Russian man speaking to the camera. At the 27 second mark of the video, the man suddenly jumps at the screen screaming with his head turning blue a la Swearing Baby. Then, he finishes his statement.
