Once the game starts, it shows an image of two kids at the beach. Even though the game states there are seven differences, there are actually only six, possibly to lure the player into looking closer as to make the screamer more effective. Before the player can find all the differences, a looping animation of a girl with a clown makeup pops up, and zooms in along with a loud scream. Then, a link to 29g.net, a Japanese website that hosts Flash animations and games, appears on the bottom right.
