The video is an edited version of the original video of the same name, it depicts an obese man wearing a helmet and riding a bike down a road in very inappropriate conditions, right after he trips over, a flashing picture of a demon with bloodshot eyes and sharp bloody teeth appears along with the infamous "RAGE" sound effect.
The video starts with the infamous clip of the Fat Guy riding a bike,down a road which is not in a good position.When the guy was about to fall of,a Flashing picture of a Red Demon with bloodshot eyes and sharp bloody teeth pops up,with a F**UUUU Earrape sound effect playing in the backround.
