Language wiki like this no longer exist

That link to the French page is basically dead, but however I have a better idea of translating page, which is to create or use template from another wiki that I know of, such as Valve Dev wiki's MultiPage template, which can create translations directly on the current wiki with a toolbar options to switch to another language without creating another domain for that.
