“South Park Best of Cousin Elvin” is a semi-obscure screamer video. While the earliest YouTube upload dates back to August 23rd 2010, it’s believed that the video originated from much earlier and possibly from a separate website. It depicts a stereotypical “best of” style video featuring the South Park side character Elvin Cartman, cousin to the character Eric Cartman. However, after showing Eric hit Elvin on the head, the screen cuts to a totally separate image unrelated to the previous clips, showing a disturbing humanoid face and the beginning seconds of an emergency alert siren.
