The ~~Flash disguises itself~~ as a PSA against screamers, ~~including lines such as~~ "There are enough ~~screamers out~~ on the ~~Internet~~ to scare the population of Luxembourg~~." On the fifth page, however, a scary face with a pinch/punch effect on the eyes and mouth will appear, with a short "Raaah!~~" ~~before the replay button appears, saying, "Working together, we can all stop scary flash~~."

The animation is disguised as a public announcement (PSA) against the screamers. In the animation, it was pointed out that internet users are against the screamers. When the player clicks the button, the animation shows a line of text saying: "The internet is in serious trouble" and others saying: "There are enough screams on the internet to scare the population of Luxembourg".
