The video starts off with a black screen and red text that says "PERFORMANCE 2016". It shows a man who appears to be dealing with depression, lying on his bed and then cuts to the man sitting on the bed looking down. The scene shows the man fake bleeding on the floor, and then standing on his bed continuously, afterwards, it cuts to the man taking off his shirt and putting on a blue one instead. The man later uses an injection with fake blood, making it look like he is bleeding, he then drinks from a wine glass full of blood, then vomits and drinking it again, but then vomits blood again.

Afterwards, it cuts to a man wearing a COVID-19 mask in the dark, with the camera showing him with the mask on. Later on, the cameraman sees a man in the window with a scary mask and then transitions to a fanart of the ''[[Wikipedia:Happy Tree Friends|Happy Tree Friends]]'' character Flippy, looking scared as he sees a demonic version of Pinkie Pie from ''[[Wikipedia:My Little Pony|My Little Pony]]''. Another character from ''[[Wikipedia:Happy Tree Friends|Happy Tree Friends]]'', Mime, appears edited to look scary, with TV static noises in the background. The image darkens while laughter can be heard. Lastly, it cuts to Pinkie Pie's eye rolling around with creepy music playing before cutting to black.

A random person is shown holding a lighter with music playing in the background. Afterwards, a man can be seen wearing a monkey mask holding fireworks sticks, having fun. The scene cuts to another man with a monkey mask holding a fireworks stick while sitting. It then cuts to a man going crazy, holding a fireworks stick, and then to a man looking at himself in the mirror, in which the video finally ends.
