The following examples of content and behavior are illegal under the [[Wikipedia:Law of the United States|laws of the United States]], and are therefore prohibited from this website:

* Child sexual abuse material (any [[wikipedia:Miller test|obscene content]] of a person or fictional character under 18 (including "lolicon"/"shota" as well as child erotica).
** We consistently report them to the [https://www.missingkids.org/ National Center for Missing & Exploited Children] if in the US, [https://www.iwf.org.uk/ Internet Watch Foundation] if in the UK, or international.

* Any obscene animal cruelty images/videos (including censored versions) with [https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/48 limited exceptions].

* Copyrighted content not in fair use (e.g. An upload of the entirety of ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'').

* Credible threats to commit violence.

* Identity theft or fraud.

All states have their own laws against the following:

* Doxxing with the intent to harass someone or put someone in immediate danger.
