What doesn't belong in this picture? is a screamer video created and uploaded to YouTube on October 3rd, 2007 by a user Fronk.

The video uses the same exact formula as the original What's Wrong? game, but this time, it tells the viewer to find unnecessary things behind the picture shown, which shows a picture of a bedroom that appears to be taken at the hotel, the description informs the viewer to turn up their volume to hear something in the background, in order to find the hint, regardless of what unnecessary things the player may be trying to find, at the very end, a grayscale picture of a goblin mask with a tooth sticking out, pops-up along with a loud scream.
