It was originally titled What's wrong with this picture? and What's The Matter With This Picture?, and should not be confused with What's The Matter With This Picture? or other screamers with the similar names.
The video shows the viewer an image of an old and abandoned house to see what is messed up in the picture. There's no sound, and the image is completely blurry to be able to tell any strange detail.
