Waifu Basics is a Japanese emetophilia shock video made in 2015 by an unknown user.

The video starts with a young Japanese girl asking her boyfriend Hiro to cook noodles. Later, two of the people start to prepare their dinner. After a few seconds, the girl stands up and vomits on the bowl multiple times. After that, the girl starts to vomit in her boyfriend's face on a couch while kissing him.
