Useful Reminder is a GIF screamer which spread across QZone (a Chinese social platform). It has a very similar concept to How to tell if a video is a screamer.
The screamer starts with some Chinese text on a white background, warning viewers not to open media of unknown origin as it might contain screamers. However, after 6 seconds, the image switches to a frightening woman staring at the viewer for 2 seconds, then the GIF repeats itself. Since it is an animated image, there is no accompanying sound, and therefore, no scream.
