it asks the player to find something wrong with the picture depicting a black and white bedroom, this makes the player stare on the screen, after 21 seconds are up, a picture of a woman with no eyes from the film The Beyond pops up with the same scream used in Sabotage: Optical Illusions. There was a second version featuring a picture of an old pipe factory, and after 18 seconds, a zombie mask jumps up with a loud roar. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.
