Regan MacNeil is a character from the classic horror movie The Exorcist. Regan is a 12-year-old girl who gets possessed by a demon, Pazuzu, making her unable to control her own actions.
Pictures of Regan in her possessed state are commonly used in screamers, like in The Maze and Shafou.com.
