Pillowfight was a JPEG image taken sometime in 2002. The image displays a cropped picture of a man's genitals and groin area fully covered in feces while he is playing with it. It can also be seen that the man is dipping his penis in a pile of feces in front of him. There's a toilet seen in the background which presumably means that this image was taken in a bathroom. The image was formerly on the 404 error page at dolphinsex.org, along with an article on coprophilia; however, that site is now closed.
This image has been featured on a few shock sites such as Last Measure, and the meaning behind this image name is pretty much unknown, although the name's purpose was to lure someone into thinking the image had something to do with pillow fighting. Another image with the same name was posted on Moid.org. This version showed a cropped picture of a man laying on a bed with his scrotum cut off.
