The video depicts 2 Japanese women, one of them vomiting over the other one who is laying down (already covered in vomit), the one who is vomiting on the second girl was wearing white panties. The song "Turning Japanese" by The Vapors blares in the background. The quality of the footage is very terrible, and the footage might be taken from the 1990s, but it is not known what year this video was recorded. The gif repeats after 2 seconds as soon as the girl disgustingly vomits on the other one.

It is unknown where the video originates from, According to the description of Shockchan, the 2 actresses in the video were identified as Mayura Hoshitsuki (or known as "Mayura Hoshimura") and Akane Mochida, and the description only just gives the music and the actresses. After searching their name, most of their videos are extremely long, consisting of over 4 hours of them practicing vomit fetish.
