Nut Abuse is a shock video hosted by LOLShock on 2008, the origin of the animation is unknown.
The video starts with two woman, and a man wearing an underwear with a hole on the middle that shows his penis, then, the woman kicks the balls causing it to fall, there are 3 attempts in total, the first attempt was he is still down when that happen, and he tries to levitate, but only the rope pulls his sack, he tries to deflect the next just as she kicks, and the rope pulls him down, then one girl holds the front part, and the other holds the balls, She kicks the balls, causing him to fall on his knees, and then he fell.
The GIF is replaced with a black transgender woman with her comically large artificially implanted silicone penis and testicles ejaculating until she died of total organ failure.
