Mind Boggeling Illusion is the fifth screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Hatonacat/Emby, the creator of Game of Coolness. The video was published on the same date as I Bet You Can't Stare at This Picture for More Than 10 Seconds.

The video features an animated spiral. In the description, the creator encourages the viewer to focus their gaze on the center of the spiral for approximately 10 seconds and then shift their focus to the back of their hand. After eight seconds into the video, a picture of Eva Galli from the 1981 horror film Ghost Story appears, accompanied by the same-sounding scream used in Emby's other screamers. The video concludes with text displaying "WET YOUR PANTS BOY??? LOL!!!!"
