Template:Flashing lights Keys.txt is a "hidden" screamer on the Russian forum Games.gen. This forum has a hidden page which contains game keys, but only for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Skyrim. However, clicking in one of the .txt files or folders will result in a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer along with a extremely loud screech.
