The video consists of Nigahiga performing humorous skits spoofing horror movies. However at 8:56 in the video (During the outro), the narration is interrupted by a loud scream and a flashing image of nigahiga dressed as Regan MacNeil from Template:Wikipedia appears on the screen for approximately 1 second before the outro continues as normal.
