There is a note that is displayed at the top telling the player to find five errors located in the image. Therefore, there are no errors in the images, regardless of what errors you're trying to find. After a few seconds, the note subsequently vanishes, and the [[screamer]] occurs, showing a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] accompanied with a loud scream. The game then freezes; it can be restarted by pressing a red circle at the top.
