Felix the Cat (Sega Mega Drive) is an unauthorized port of the NES game with the same name, this game was created in Russia and the developer remains unknown since the person was not credited somewhere, the game itself features a disturbing illustration of Felix that may counts as a screamer.

The plot of the game is explained in the first screen of the game, this plot states that the Kitty Kat was kidnapped by the Professor for unknown reasons, and the ransom was only for Felix's magic bag, then, Felix goes on an adventure to rescue his girlfriend.

The game features the simple set of mechanics and has no bosses at all, it contains a small quantity of levels from the original, there are 12 levels in total, the game includes the same playlist with songs but played at random.

Game Over screen

When the player dies, The game leads the player to a "continue screen", and the player is shown with 2 choices, one is labled as: "да" and the other is: "нет", clicking on the first one continues the game, and the other leads to a disturbing illustration of Felix with his face torn off, showing off his skull, the music breaks off and the game stays on the image until the player exits the game, the image is a T-shirt design by Dozign titled "Felix the Cat Unmasked".

This screen also inspires SilvaGunner's infamous video called: Puzzle Room - Kirby: Planet Robobot.
