Dumb Animals is the name of a Public information film And the PSA likely look inspired the Stephen King's horror movie Carrie in 1985. The ad is from a charity known as "Respect for Animals", attempting to stop animal fur trading.

"Respect for Animals" Dumb Animals

The ad starts off as 3 women in a boutique wearing coats “made out of animal fur” as it the music plays. however, as soon as the woman spins a fur coat, which squirts out blood and gory scenes, As The terrifying scene is accompanied by many screams. The ad ends up with the message. "It takes up to 40 dumb animals to make a fur coat."
