2 Ringed UFO is a screamer video uploaded by an Unknown user, it was re-uploaded back to YouTube by publicposter in February 2006, reaching over 500,000 views. The reuploaded version is one of the earliest YouTube screamer documented on the wiki, however, not the oldest.

Background

The video is uploaded by a YouTube user: "publicposter" on the 11th day of February in 2006, the video is based on any "real" UFO fake videos that tricks the viewer into thinking this is the real footage of an actual UFO, the title refers to a UFO flashing in different shapes and blinking, in fact, there is nothing much to expect, After a short period of time, the screamer appears and returns back to its original state.

the video has accumulated around 500,000 videos, which remains as his most viewed video to this channel and the third oldest screamer video ever uploaded to YouTube.

Overview

The video starts with an old VHS footage recorded on March 10th, 2001, depicting a UFO, zooming in, but not far enough, the UFO blinks, and starts shining, but suddenly, a shaking picture of an alien appears along with a loud scream, scaring the viewer, this returns back to the footage afterward, the jumpscare appears when the video reaches 0:17.
