100 TWINKIES in 10 MIN CHALLENGE! is a video and it's contained a screamer beginning at 3:26, it was uploaded by popular YouTuber theDOMINICshow in July 18, 2015.

The video itself is completely fine, the video is about a challenge where 5 people have to participate, to eat all of the Twinkies in 10 minutes, while answering the given questions while eating them, but shortly after the guy answers the specefic question, where it tells them that they are a real pranker or not, a picture of Pennywise, appears along with the same scream from The Maze, then subsequently continues the video.
