keys.txt is a hidden screamer on the Russian forum Games.gen.
Content
This forum has a hidden page that contains game keys, but only for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Skyrim. However, clicking in one of the .txt files or folders will result in a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer along with the same scream from Anne.jpg.
