Happy-Halloween.gif is a screamer GIF made by Kris Wilson, one of the creators of the Cyanide & Happiness webcomic. It was made on Halloween of 2018.
The comic has two characters talking about a serial killer whom they say, is "so ugly, it's impossible to take a photo of him and that everyone hands him the camera", after some seconds.
