It starts with text on a grey and white background with a VHS overlay, informing the viewer that the video is meant for friends only and that it's a joke. Some mario song also plays in the background throughout the video.

The video talks about how teachers can be a pain to some people, such as "Mrs Campbel", and then cuts to a strange collage of two distinct parts, the top part shows a distorted picture of what appears to be [[Wikipedia:Michael Jackson|Michael Jackson]], and the bottom part seems to be the side of a morbidly obese person carrying a black bag. This is accompanied by a female scream.

A fake newspaper then spins onto the screen with the title "SHES FATTER THAN BEFORE!", and then claims "mrs hays" [sic] and "keating" have been "reported doing stuff with each other", this is followed by an image of a man who is playfully or symbolically spanking another person who is half-naked and bent over his knee, accompanied by a spanking sound and another scream. The presence of an "S.F.P.D" sign in this picture suggests that this might be in San Francisco, and given the nature of the act, this is most likely part of a performance, a public demonstration, or a themed event that involves humor or a social message.

It then goes on about how they "shot them up", along with a poorly edited picture of a cop shooting at the two men in the same picture.
