	Upon launching the game, players are presented with a title screen, where they can access the instructions by pressing the "I" key. However, pressing "A" on the instructions screen triggers a screamer warning. During the game, the character Electra welcomes the user and mentions having the Dark Joker. Electra proceeds to ask three math questions, but the final question is different. He instructs the player to find the same picture from one of [[Sabotage: What's Wrong With This Picture\|Liquid Generation's What's Wrong With This Picture]] series within a 15-minute time frame. However, instead of the expected picture, a screamer image from the first (and original) [[What's Wrong With This Picture?]] is shown, accompanied by the same scream as heard in [[The Maze]].
