			During the game, Mickey’s sanity meter goes down by one each second, and the player can raise it using a few items. These include but are not limited to:

			# Minnie’s bows
			# Lights
			# Higher blocks (most likely)

			But some items decrease Mickey’s sanity meter instead, and these include:

			# Nooses
			# Minnie’s glitched bows
			# Black water with skulls on the ground

			Depending on Mickey’s sanity meter, several changes will happen:

			* At '''100%–80%''', Mickey looks happy as usual, and nothing seems to go wrong. The background shows normal pixelated streets, with clouds that have happy faces. Mickey’s friends also appear happy and fine. The song playing during this sanity meter is ''Steamboat Willie'' from ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mickey_Mania ''' Mickey Mania''']''.
			* At '''70%–50%''', Mickey starts frowning and becomes melancholic, and his movement becomes slightly slowed down. The background becomes realistic and non-pixelated, and the clouds turn realistic (and no longer sentient). Minnie and Goofy look worried, while Donald and Pluto look slightly frustrated. The song playing during this sanity meter is a piano used in most ''suicidemouse.avi'' remakes.
			* At '''50%–30%''', Mickey starts becoming insane and now has a very unsettling smile with jagged teeth and tiny eyes, and his movement becomes moderately slowed down. The background becomes distorted, buildings look like they’re weaving (but not animated), and the sky becomes static only. Goofy, Donald, and Pluto appear distorted and corrupted, while Minnie is still normal but horrified by what she sees. During this sanity range, the Black Rabbit may appear to attack Mickey to drain his sanity meter, too. The song playing during this sanity meter is a low-pitched sobbing noise used in most ''suicidemouse.avi'' remakes.
			* At '''30%–10%''', Mickey’s face distorts further. His eyes either turn into static or grow several eyeballs, and he now has a wide, decayed, unsettling smile. His movements become sped up. The background shows buildings becoming disturbingly realistic, having four eyes and a mouth with upper teeth hanging down. The sky becomes completely black, with gates beside buildings. Goofy, Donald, and Pluto become even more distorted and monstrous, while Minnie, still the only one not distorted, is now covering her eyes and crying in agony. The music remains the same as the previous sanity phase.

Goofy, Donald, and Pluto stay monstrous, and Minnie is now dead, with her bloody corpse shown as well. The song playing during this sanity meter remains the same as the previous sanity.

			If Mickey’s sanity drops to 0%, the screen cuts to black and a shotgun sound plays, implying Mickey committed suicide on the spot. Afterwards, Mickey’s classic ending head appears (like in many old Mickey Mouse cartoons), with the ''suicidemouse.avi'' music box ending playing. Russian text appears below, roughly translating to “The Sights of Hell draw its audience back.” Suddenly Mickey’s face distorts, screaming sounds play, and the words “HAPPY” and “NO TURNING BACK” flicker on screen.
