The game presented itself as a color blindness test, with the player tasked with identifying the number within a circle in a series of increasingly difficult levels. However, in the final and most challenging level, the number (a5) was almost indistinguishable. When the player clicked on the box containing the number, an image of Dr. Judith Kutter (portrayed by Diana Browne) from the 1982 horror film Basket Case appeared on the screen, accompanied by an extremely loud, low-quality scream, followed by a quiet choking sound. Following the screamer, an official Liquid Generation Sabotage outro appeared, featuring a ninja saying "Click here for more sabotage", and a link to Liquid Generation's website. An alternate version of the screamer exists where the Liquid Generation watermark is replaced with the sound clip of a quote "I see dead people" (done by the character Cole Sear, portrayed by Haley Joel Osment) from the 1999 psychological thriller film The Sixth Sense.
