Dr.octagonapus and WTF BOOM!! Slowed down is a screamer video by user JoeyDePeter on June 5, 2010.
The video begins with two slowdown clips: the first is a screenshot of the Dr.Octagonapuss video as the extracted audio from its clip slows down (hence the name), followed by the second: a slow tone of a loud voice that shouts: "WHAT THE F- * BOOM *", played in the image of a turtle running from the explosion, However, A picture of Regan MacNeil appears at the end of the video along with a loud scream.
