In the UK, we had a guy called Kevin is a YouTube video made by chemistryguy on October 31st, 2013 that contains two screamers.

The video is a regular YTP of the UK variation of Blue's Clues. But at 2:59 right when the last two notes are played. An up-close distorted photo of Joe from the original version pops up with the same scream from The Maze. Then it continues with the YTP. Not before another screamer comes at the last second when a distorted picture of Duarte from the European Portuguese version accompanied by a distorted roar, abruptly ends the video.

The video was re-uploaded by the same on November 1st, 2020 for unknown reasons (Possibly due to the original getting blocked for some time).
If you need help getting started, do not worry. There are plenty of helpful articles and guides available on the Help Portal. You can help by creating new articles, adding information to pages, or fixing stubs and cleanup pages. If you're not sure what to edit, you can click Random page under Navigation on the side of the page and help fix information/grammar on any random page. If you want, you can also refer to the Quick Links section at the top to know where to start.

To add a new page, search for the name of the page you want to make in the search bar; if the page does not already exist, there will be a prompt allowing you to create the page. Give the page the same name as the screamer, for example ScaryScreamer.com. You are now ready to write your page!

You can also help SITENAME by saving already existing screamers, shock sites, and videos to the Internet Archive (https://web.archive.org/save). If a screamer or shock site gets deleted, banned, or removed, then it can still be viewed on the Wayback Machine.
Verbalase and Charlie Animation is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Jetflic_ker on January 21st, 2024.

The video starts with a fan-made animated music video based on the adult animated series Hazbin Hotel, the animation was made by Steven Chase (also known as Chase).

While YouTuber Verbalase was tied in the bed, Charlie Morningstar arrived and sang Hide Away, written by SYNAPSON. Right before Verbalase removes his clothes, the video suddenly cuts to ВИD of Doom.

The video has gained over 56,000 likes and one million views as of March 21st, 2024.

An alternative version exists where the original screamer was replaced with a screencap of Charlie Morningstar's demon form from the same series, along with the extremely loud version of Dreamybull saying "I'm 'bout to cum!" followed by Zoeken SCP-450, and WAS FAKE? GROUNDBREAKING EVIDENCE!. This version was posted on the Screamer Wiki discord on January 28, 2024, by Screamer1234 (under his Discord username @realnicholas05, who did the screamer versions of Charlie's Front Desk Service and Vaggie Gets Blacked).
Deep Fancy Island (Japanese: 深層ふぁんしーあいらんど) is a short expansion of Lomando.com, a Japanese screamer website that functions as a horror puzzle game. The expansion occurs underground, presumably connected to the abandoned Fancy Island Amusement Park.

Website content
The game is set on a page called
Deeptop.html
, which features a possessed and realistic version of Mimi with text below in English and Japanese. The text gives an overview of the game, stating that the player must solve mysteries to win and be sent to an "archive". Alongside Mimi was linked to other pages and advertisements for LINE.

Gameplay overview
The game begins with the player in a field, facing an entrance that leads to Ookamuro Subspecies and five glitchy Japanese kanji characters. Each kanji button redirects to a different page. Clicking the head in the middle produces laughter, and clicking the top left corner unlocks a separate portion of the page where the player must click buttons in a specific order. This leads to the appearance of a monochrome door that redirects the player to a new page called Deepdashtwoes.html. Despite its numerous screamers, Deep Fancy Island can also be considered a puzzle game due to its heavy use of puzzles and mazes.

First kanji
(gallery of the puzzle here)
(picture of the kitchen illustration here)
The first kanji leads to
Deepgesui.html
, guiding the player into a sewer. By clicking down, they advance until a rusted door appears after three "steps." Clicking on the door once results in blood splatter, and clicking again leads to another page,
Deepdoukutu.html
. There is a chance that a woman named Franjyou appears, accompanied by the traditional Lomando scream.

Deepdoukutu.html
introduces into a new underground setting. The player must click to traverse the cavern's end, encountering a Jizo statue. Clicking on it progresses to the next page
Deepdassyutu.html
. Amid this journey, a screamer depicting a mummified corpse, colloquially known as "Mummy man" may appear similar to the previous.

Deepdassyutu.html
introduces a locked purple door secured by a keypad. The player navigates various sections using left and right arrows on their screen. These include a locked cabinet with three shapes below it, a painting featuring differently-colored heads and numbers, a sinkhole with a key underneath, and a desktop setup on a table with two chairs. The player has a 50% chance of encountering either Chaori or a Half-melted woman during the sequence, resulting in a game over. To solve the puzzle, the player must:

*Locate the desktop setup and click on the monitor, revealing a Windows NT-styled operating system. This system leads to a webpage requiring a password, with a map hinting at a counter-clockwise path. The password is derived from the numbers associated with objects in the rooms, indicated by dark purple shading. The locked door shows a "7," the computer has a "1," the sinkhole represents a "0," and the dark circle signifies another "0."
*Inputting these numbers triggers the sound of running water. Going to the sink reveals a key pushed up by the water in the hole, unlocking the cabinet.
*Inside the cabinet is a light switch that, when turned off, displays colored digits on the screen (A red +3, A blue +1, A green +4, and a yellow +1), corresponding to numbers in the cryptic painting. Adding these numbers produces the code "5382." Entering this code into the keypad unlocks the door, allowing progression to the next webpage,
Deepmachigai.html
.

Deepmachigai.html
presents a YouTube video featuring two illustrations of a kitchen. The player must identify and mark the differences. Correctly identifying all differences triggers a hidden door accompanied by a low-pitched laugh. This door leads to
Deepmemo9128.html
, revealing a folded paper disclosing the solution to the "alternate puzzle" in
Deepindox.html
.

Second kanji
The second kanji leads to
Deepskull.html
, a webpage showcasing a series of numbered skulls that reshuffle every six seconds. Solving the puzzle involves using a YouTube video to reorganize the skulls based on the new order presented in the video, with the correct order being 3-5-2-1-4. Upon solving it correctly, the skulls briefly display eyes before disappearing, unveiling a door that redirects the player to
Deepcurtain.html
.

On this page, a curtain is prominently featured. Clicking on the curtain reveals various elements, including a grayscale version of a stuffed bear Kuma, a Half-melted woman, a golden key available for the player to pick up, and a locked treasure chest. To advance, the player must collect the golden key and use it to unlock the chest. Inside, they will discover a sheet of paper that, upon clicking, displays the first secret code "gggj" for Deeparchive.html.

Third kanji
In the third kanji, the player is directed to
Deepcryw.html
, where a section of young women is displayed in several rows, all opening their mouths, except for one in the third row who seems visibly concerned. Clicking on this particular woman results in a transformation of all others into crying ghosts. While most ghosts exhibit movement, one in the second row is observed putting her head in her hands. Clicking on this specific ghost initiates the appearance of a larger ghost in the center of the screen, though this entity poses no threat. After approximately 20-25 seconds, the ghost dissipates, unveiling a door leading to a folded paper containing the code "rain," crucial for progress in Deeparchive.html.

Fourth kanji
The fourth kanji leads the player to a purple slot machine. Accompanying this machine is an instructional guide labeled "How-to-play" providing users with insights into the game's mechanics. This guide serves as a compass, directing players toward the objective of accumulating a minimum of 300 credits to advance. Players commence with 50 credits and must invest 3 credits per play.

The scoring guide provides a detailed explanation, highlighting that Three 7s yield a maximum of 300 points and activate a bonus, allowing the player to score 15 points regardless of the combo. It emphasizes that the slot machine operates randomly, with a 4% chance of winning. Upon reaching 300 credits, a door appears in the bottom right corner. Clicking on the door and agreeing to the warning redirects the player to
Deepmemosau111.html
. Notably, players can continue playing the slot machine even after the door appears until they run out of credits. After completing the game, they would be redirected to a piece of paper with the code "jkpt" for Deeparchive.html.

Failure to reach 300 credits prompts a purple hand to extend from the machine toward the player's screen, resulting in a game over. While engaging with the slot machine, Abyss, Cursed Doll, Kubishime Onna, Eris, Borei, Dai kuchisake-onna, and Franjyou each has a 14% chance of appearing on the screen.

Fifth kanji
The fifth kanji showcases a folding window, which can be clicked up to three times. Upon the fourth click, the window will open, and Shadow head will fly into the room. This action results in the player being grabbed by Shadow head, ultimately leading to a game over. Additionally, the room will flash momentarily, and a thunder sound will be audible upon clicking the window. This page does not lead anywhere.

Deepindox.html alternative route
After following the alternative puzzle hinted from the first kanji, the player is redirected to
Deepdashtwoes.html
, which features four sections in a room. Initially, the player encounters a door sealed by a ghost. Clicking right leads to a room with an incomplete puzzle of white pieces. Moving right from here reveals the Karakuri doll. Tapping her head causes laughter, and tapping it five times awards a black puzzle piece. Inserting this into the previous puzzle prompts corrupted text at the bottom. Trying to leave the Karakuri doll's room without additional taps results in failure, and remaining in her room. The doll's laugh deepens with each tap. Leaving the room three times prompts a jump-scare, ending the game.

*To proceed, the player avoids using the black piece and taps the doll's head five more times. This rewards a can opener.
*Opening the can in the starting room reveals coins for the "SMILE or TEARFUL?" game. Guessing correctly twice drops a capsule containing a white puzzle piece. The player chooses to insert the black piece, triggering a trap, or the white piece, making the puzzle vanish.
*The Exorcism Laser Gun is revealed. Shooting the door eliminates the ghost, unlocking it, redirects to
Deepomuk.html
. Alternatively, shooting the doll twelve times makes her vanish, revealing a golden door leading to
Deepdotsboy.html
.

On March 29th, 2023, a new page includes a dark hallway. Walking to the door summons Wandering Neck, who startles but doesn't harm. She says, "It hurts..." and "Where have my friends gone...?" Disappearing reveals a note with a photo of her and J-ker when they were alive (pictured). Clicking the door redirects to
Deepdashtwoes.html
.

After leaving Deepdashtwoes.html, the player enters a room with dark blue tiles. Clicking the door summons a Spider monster. Using the Exorcism Laser Gun defeats it, granting access to the gallery page.

Archive
Deeparchive.html
concludes Deep Fancy Island. It features ten sections or Files describing game characters in English and Japanese. Secret sections, accessed through codes, provide extra content like Mummy man's early designs and information about Girl on the sign. The page includes probabilities of ghosts in
Deepslotkai.html
and pixel art of Yukan no Shonen from
Deepdotsboy.html
. The codes obtained from the other kanjis can unlock secret "files" in the game.

The archive begins with a description of a large face encountered in the first room, providing insights about Franjyou who appears in the sewage area. Further details emerge regarding a mummy (known as "Mummy man") located in the cave area and a seldom-seen ghost in the mystery-solving game section. The text then delves into a ghost intermittently present in both the curtain area and the mystery-solving game zone, hinting at significant events when a specific crying ghost stops. An introduction follows for a ghost situated in the spot-the-difference area, also highlighted on the centipede page in the regular edition of Fancy Island. The content proceeds to elaborate on a karakuri doll from Deepdashtwoes.html, a monstrous entity emerging from another world, wielding scythe-like front legs, and a ghost making an appearance on the window page from the fifth kanji, and finally, a backstory of J-ker's friend from their pre-deceased life—a girl in search of J-ker and her lost body.

Additionally, the codes obtained from the other kanjis can unlock secret "files" in the game. The files reveal versions of the mummy man's appearance through multiple redraws, provide insights into the appearance rate of screamers in the slot machine game from the fourth kanji, a girl featured on a warning sign in the park cautioning against running, and a pixel art rendition of Yukan no Shonen from the original Fancy Island.
On September 12th, 1996, Ricardo López, a mentally ill obsessed fan of Icelandic singer, songwriter, composer, record producer, and actress Björk mailed a letter bomb rigged with sulfuric acid to Björk's residence in London to attempt to kill her, then returned home and recorded his final tape explaining his actions before filming his suicide by gunshot with the revolver in the last part of a video diary.

Content
The diary was titled "Last Day – Ricardo López" The tape features 21-year-old Ricardo López (utterly naked with his head shaved and face painted red and green) returned his apartment in Hollywood, Florida. He then explained his actions by stating that he was "a little nervous" and "definitely not drunk and depressed" while I Remember You - Björk plays in the background. As soon as the song finishes playing, he turns the revolver on his head and shouts: "This is for you!" before triggering it after the last words. Ricardo's corpse collapses, bleeding profusely on the floor until the camera stops filming. A hand-painted sign bearing the handwritten words "The best of me. Sept. 12" and blood can be seen on the wall behind him.

Background
Ricardo López, popularly known as the Björk stalker was an American pest exterminator who attempted to murder Icelandic singer Björk. López was born in Uruguay in 1975 and later moved to Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he worked as an exterminator. He became obsessed with Björk in 1993, developing an infatuation with her that turned into a dangerous fixation after she entered a brief relationship with the musician Goldie. For nearly nine months in 1996, López recorded video diaries in his Hollywood, Florida apartment, discussing his obsession with the singer and his plan to kill her. He eventually mailed a letter bomb rigged with sulfuric acid to Björk's residence in London, then filmed a final video diary explaining his motivations before committing suicide by gunshot. López's body and video tapes were found by the police four days later, who intercepted the package and saved Björk from harm. López had a difficult early life, dropping out of high school and becoming reclusive, and was diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome. Despite aspirations to become an artist, López worked for his brother's pest control business, which he viewed as a dead-end job. He wrote an 803-page diary documenting his feelings of inadequacy, disgust about his gynecomastia, and fixation on Björk. His diary contained 168 references to feelings of failure, 34 references to suicide, and 14 references to murder. López's obsession with Björk grew more intense when he learned of her relationship with Goldie, and he eventually decided to kill her. He initially planned to send a package containing hypodermic needles filled with HIV-tainted blood but later decided to construct a letter bomb using sulfuric acid instead. López's video diaries, which documented his obsession with Björk, his plan to kill her, and his suicide, were seized by the police and became an object of fascination in popular culture.

Aftermath
Immediately after the suicide, Björk said in a statement that she was distressed by the incident. She described it as "terrible" and "very sad", and said that people should not "take me too literally and get involved in my personal life". She sent a card and flowers to López's family. She left for Spain, where she recorded the remainder of her third album, Homogenic, away from media attention. She also hired security for her son, Sindri Eldon Þórsson, who was escorted to school with a minder. A year after López's death, Björk discussed the incident in an interview: "I was very upset that somebody had died. I couldn't sleep for a week. And I'd be lying if I said it didn't scare the fuck out of me. That I could get hurt and, most of all, that my son could get hurt."

López's family and friends were aware of his obsession with Björk. They maintained that they had no idea that he harbored violent thoughts or was capable of violence. At one point, his brother had told him to "get a real woman, you're obsessed". A psychiatrist who treated López for anxiety shortly before his death also stated that he did not appear dangerous. López's videotapes, including his suicide, were confiscated by the FBI and released to journalists.

In Popular Culture
In Adult Swim's animated series Smiling Friends, López's letter bomb plot was referenced in the show's episode "Enchanted Forest" Pim and Charlie planned to help Mip deliver a handmade gift (with the time bomb inside it) to the Princess of the Enchanted Forest, she opened it to reveal it, which nearly killed her, Pim, and Charlie before she threw it out of the window.

Previously on February 9th, 2015, a topic about Ricardo López was used on SleepyCast, involving Smiling Friends co-creator and voice actor Zach Hadel.
}}
This picture seems strange… was a screamer video that was uploaded into YouTube by a user Sarah Davis on November 9, 2020. The video was deleted by the creator, due to negative backlash. The video mostly revolves around a stock photo of a foggy forest with 2 people walking in it before it cuts to a screamer at the end. The video is also made in Kinemaster, due to the watermark that stays on the screen for the whole video.

The video starts with white text on a black background, stating "something looks strange about this picture...", while intense music plays. It suddenly zooms into the top left of the previously mentioned forest picture, and more text pops up, displaying "but i cant seem to find whats wrong…", and "Can you help me find whats wrong here?" It then cuts back to the same image, allowing the user to find the actual error behind the picture (even though there are no errors), while the image moves around the screen. Suddenly, at around 40 seconds into the video, the intense music ends, and a montage of scary pictures (plus some non-scary ones) appears afterward, along with the same scream from SCP-450. After the scream, a random noise plays, ending the video. The pictures that appear are in the following order:

* Regan MacNeil.
* A close-up of a man's face looking down at the viewer(s), while wearing white paint on his face, and red paint around his eyes and mouth.
* A Michael Jackson mask.
* Pazuzu.
* The zombie mask from Scary Tic-Tac-Toe.
* Ahenobarbus Henocied.
* The monster from the film The Funhouse.
* A little girl with a hollow mouth and sad, hollow eyes.
* The What's Wrong face.
* Katie Embry.
* The ghost from Fatal Frame.
* The banshee from The Fact About Sajjad Ali.
* Smile Dog.
* Evil Lolman from the screamer part of OH NO EVIL LOLMAN IS HERE.
* Four from Battle For Dream Island smiling with pitch-black and bleeding eyes, standing at the front of the EXIT.
* A screenshot of the screamer part from Just a bread roll.
* The ВИD of Doom.
* A red, distorted image of a cow.
* A red, distorted image of the 20th Century Fox logo.
* Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony with a pitch-black, dripping mouth and eyes and a thin x-mark over her face, plus the logo for "NBFX."
* A 3D black figure with its tongue sticking out over a static background.
* An inverted and distorted image of Cuddles from Happy Tree Friends on a black background.
* A smiling green and light gray box with six arms, tentacles, bleeding eyes, and its brain exposed.
* The zombie from the K-fee commercials, specifically the "Auto" one.
* A close-up of the baby's face from Swearing Baby.
* Bloody Mary.
* A Battle For Dream Island-like arm opening a door to a rainbow circle creature, with legs, cat ears, a raccoon tail, and a top hat.
* Jim Root.
* A purple image of a close-up of a man's face (you have to look closely at the image to see him).
* A red image of a smiling clown mask from Doomsday Gamecube.
* A red image of the BND of Doom, with cartoony eyes and a rectangle edited over it.
* Regan again.
* Evil Lolman again from the same video, this time at the part before the screamer.
* Baldi from Baldi's Basics.
* The Minecraft logo over an image of the Grass Block from said game.
* Henry Stickman.
* Pikachu from Pokémon with text underneath him, reading: "This evolved into a big fucking problem."
* Regan MacNeil yet again, this time from the screamer part of Ghost Caught on Tape.
* The Innersloth logo.
* Several copies of a wooden chair, appearing in different sizes and directions.
アハ体験 (熱帯魚編) (Aha Taiken (Nettaigyo-hen), "Eureka! Tropical Fish Edition") was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube and Nico Nico Douga in 2012 by nawashi 5804. The uploader later deleted the video.

The video starts with a picture of 7 tropical fishes swimming accompanied by relaxing music. At 22 seconds, the picture increases in brightness. and when it reaches 27 seconds, a picture of a distorted woman from the 2002 Japanese horror film Ju-On: The Grudge pops up along with a sample of Lomando.com's pre-2014 screamer sound effect.

Trivia
*This may have inspired the Japanese PSP game Aha! Taiken involves finding the difference between two very similar pictures, examining a video, and finding what changes it is going through. The phrase アハ体験 is known as the "aha! moment" or "eureka moment" in English, which is about the player discovering what the changes are. Changes are often not immediately perceptible, so the player must pay close attention.
1 Girl 1 Cigarette is a shock video popularized by a reuploaded copy on eFukt.com in September 21, 2012. The original source is Dirty Garden Girl, a fetish-oriented porn site.

The video starts with a simple title card. It then fades into a rather flattering shot of a conventionally attractive, middle-aged woman in a skimpy floral dress. She takes a drag on her cigarette and grins at the camera. After a few seconds, she reveals her shaven vagina. The video then shifts to another angle, this time only showing the woman's vagina and anus. She decides to try smoking her cigarette with her prolapsed anus.

At first, she seems to succeed in doing such a painful task. Her confidence causes her to shove the cigarette further and further into her anal cavity. She eventually yelps and removes the cigarette, saying, "Oh, that wasn't what I wanted to do!" (what she did mean to do is beyond the average viewer). In a moment of comedic timing fit for a college fratboy, a seemingly unrelated man asks for an instant replay. The previous scene is replayed but in slow motion.

Sticky and Junior is a stickman-related web series focused on 2 stickmen trying to save a cat from an evil witch. It's similar to Poochee and Pansy Part 1 The Quest for the Midnight Crown. The first episode contains a screamer, uploaded to YouTube in 2021, which is only the kicker to what the series' true nature is.

After the episode title, a narrator introduces our wacky stickman characters and mentions that one day, Sticky had something urgent to tell Junior. He tells her a strange dream he had about the cat getting imprisoned by the witch. Junior reveals she had the same dream, so Sticky concludes that, because of that, the dream is real. They venture to SuperDark, where they come across Little Cave, which they must go through to reach SuperDark. A firefly named Harry, appears and attempts to guide them through the cave, only to be interrupted by a poorly drawn face with blood still intact with a very loud screech. In March 2021, the episode was reuploaded, then it was shortly removed from the platform later. With the screamer now lost, Spencer Everly uploaded a reaction video of himself reacting to the screamer right before it was deleted from the channel.
Toy Story Secrets is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 1, 2006, by a user named nuralider. It is similar to Zelda subliminal Message.

The video starts with the title name and then proceeds to show a slideshow of random snapshots from Pixar's 1995 computer-animated film Toy Story and its sequel, set to the tune of You've Got a Friend In Me by Randy Newman. However, at the 13-second mark, the video takes a dark turn when an image of Fanged Freak (a mask created by the late Don Post) suddenly appears on screen, accompanied by a loud scream from Say It.

A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008, by user Ricki Leanne. It shows him using the screamer to prank his mother, father, and brother Richard (sister Lindsay is left out as he's already shown the screamer to her). Typical screamer reaction video, but with a screamer at the end. After the final text appears, the same skull from the original video appears with the same scream (but with high and distorted quality), and it ends with text that mocks the viewer for being scared.
IQ Test is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user xXROGcommanderXx on November 4, 2007.

As for the concept of the video, the viewer must find a stick figure with a colored-shaded head before the twenty-second time is up. Several ratings are also listed:
* If they do so, they'll be crowned a genius.
* If they find him in thirty seconds, it's considered average.
* If they find him in forty seconds, it's considered horrible.
Now the test shows an image of poorly drawn stickmen standing on a solid red floor. None of them have shaded heads. After 35 seconds, an image of Bludie The Clown (a mask created by the late Don Post) pops up along with an evil laugh. The uploader then satirically claims the viewer is an absolute "genius".
Loading Page is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on December 30, 2007 by Jeremy Winterrowd on the prankcontest channel.

The video shows a poor, crude animation of a loading screen with a stickman that shrinks the more the loading bar progresses. Once the bar is 75% full, The Beast from Doctor Who pops up along with a loud scream. After the screamer, an "ERROR" screen offers the option to retry. Clicking "yes" triggers the screamer again. The video’s thumbnail is of the monster, spoiling the fact it is a screamer. This case also occurs with Safari.
Wonka on ACID is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on December 26, 2008, by a content creator and actor Brandon Rogers.

As the video begins, Brandon looks directly at the camera while the sound of dripping cave water plays in the background. He begins to sing "The Wondrous Boat Ride" song from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, but the mood takes a sudden turn when a green face suddenly flashes on the screen and a voice is heard saying "Wonka, this has gone far enough! Stop the boat!" Brandon responds aggressively with a "SHUT UP!". Throughout the video, more faces flash on the screen while Brandon continues to sing, and laughter can be heard in the background.

At 0:40, the screen switches to a headshot of Brandon with gray hair, green eyes, and an open mouth, set against a land of candy, accompanied by a loud screeching sound. Flashing images continue to appear on the screen before returning to Brandon singing. As the video progresses, Brandon's eyes turn completely black, and he experiences tremors while continuing to sing. At 0:53, he delivers the line "And signs that they are..." before his eyes widen, his mouth drops, and he screams as the screen shakes. The video ends with a black screen and a metallic gate being closed.
Frau1.exe, Frau being German for woman, is an executable scareware Trojan that was made in 1999 by Easy Reader.

This program starts a game, which shows a picture of the late Nicole van Croft who appears to be stripping, which is covered by ten numbered boxes, almost making the program look like a simple advent calendar. By clicking the boxes, the user can reveal more parts of the background picture, until only the tenth box remains, covering the woman's cleavage.

Once the user clicks the tenth box, a picture of a nude elderly woman holding her breasts pops up along with a sound clip from the 1952 Looney Tunes film Gift Wrapped, where Granny says "ah ha! You didn't count on Pocahontas, did you, Geronimo?" After this, the credits appear below the picture, while the Easy Reader song from the 1970's educational show The Electric Company plays, as a reference to the author's pseudonym.

The uncensored image of the woman can be found inside the application.
ADHD Quick Assessment Test was another Liquid Generation Sabotage screamer. It's similar to Color Vision Deficiency Test and The Hand-Eye Coordination Test, in that it claims to be a quick medical assessment tool to test whether the player may have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

Gameplay
The test was divided into three parts. The first part was a simple memory game, where players had to match pairs of cards depicting fruits and vegetables within thirty seconds in a 4x4 grid. The second part tested short-term memory. Players were shown a photograph for one second and then had to answer two questions about it. The first picture showed a woman holding a heart-shaped cream cake in a white room. Players were asked what the woman was holding and the color of her skirt. The second picture depicted a blonde woman holding a bottle in front of a big number 3 sign on the wall while sitting on the floor. Players were asked about the symbol behind her and what she was holding in her hand. The third and final picture was a grayscale photograph of three boys sitting next to each other. The game asked where the boy with the glasses was sitting and which statement applied to the boy on the left. Regardless of the player's performance in this part, the game would always comment, "Not bad. Your reactions are quick, but your observation skills could use some work."

The third part, which contained the screamer, was about following directions. Players had to repeat the moves of the computer on six colored buttons, a version of the game "Simon Says". As soon as the player made a mistake, or clicked the third button during the fourth round, a photograph of a toddler wearing a padded safety helmet and looking absent-minded popped up. The photograph would shake and zoom in and out in an erratic pattern with hyperactive screaming in the background while the text "You have ADHD!" appeared in big red letters at the top. After the screamer, a ninja would appear, saying "You have been sabotaged," and a link to Liquid Generation would crush him.
Garfield's Scary Scavenger Hunt 2 is the second in a series of two point-and-click flash games by Garfield.com. In both games, the goal is to navigate Garfield through a haunted mansion to collect donuts and muffins. Certain objects within the mansion will scare Garfield once they are clicked on, causing the "Scare-O-Meter" at the bottom to go up a bit. Once the meter is full, Garfield will chicken out and the game is lost.

Both games take place within the same mansion, but with added areas and some minor changes, so some objects that resulted in triggering the screamer in the first game might be necessary to find an item or complete a puzzle in the sequel, and vice versa, to know how to complete the game, click here.

As of June 19, 2020, the screamer was removed, along with the website due to Paws, Inc. being acquired by Viacom (now known as Paramount Global).

Mansion's Gallery
Unlike the first game, it contains a screamer at one point, which is found in the mansion's gallery. On the right is a painting of Garfield sleeping, and clicking it will zoom in on the picture, with instructions saying "Study this picture very closely" while the Heads-Up-Display claims that "There's an important clue hidden in this picture". After about 30 seconds, however, a cartoonish demonic pig appears very briefly on the screen accompanied by loud and evil laughter, followed by a text saying "GOTCHA! Click anywhere to go back", while the HUD on the right will says "Just kidding!".

The gameplay will then resume as normal. the screamer is not necessary to complete the game, and it will not increase Garfield's scare meter. Because of this screamer, the game has gotten some criticism.
What's Wrong With This Picture? was a clone/recreation of the infamous What's Wrong screamer, by the now defunct website Weasel Circus. The game begins with instructions to figure out what is wrong with the picture about to be shown and offers a play button to begin.

Once the play button is clicked, it pans to a picture of a kitchen; naturally, there's nothing unusual about it; however, after 30 seconds, a loud, familiar scream (also heard in You will not believe how DEEP this hole is!!!) plays, and the image abruptly changes to a close-up of Henry Frankenstein (portrayed by the late Colin Clive) as he appears on the front cover of the 1931 film with the same name.

The screamer then ends on a lighter note by stating: "Hope we didn't startle you too bad!"
What's Wrong With This Picture?, also called What's Wrong? or What's wrong with this image? is an infamous internet screamer created by Jaybill McCarthy, originally posted to his website "Jaybill" in February 2002. Many copies have since appeared on the internet and is an example of an early e-mail chain-letter prank.

Content
The animation disguises itself as a normal stock photo of a dining room; depicting an open window, table, chairs, paintings, and flowers. The viewer is then asked to find something wrong with it, however, there are no actual errors in the picture itself. After about 30 seconds the screen cuts to a grainy black and white closeup of an eyeless woman with a wide mouth putting her hands around the sides of her face with her pinky fingers raised, accompanied by audio of Mrs. Mae Kilgore (from the 1957 film From Hell It Came, played by Linda Watkins) screaming, albeit muffled, distorted and echoing. The animation repeats afterwards,

The screamer face itself originates from gettyimages, and was created by photographer 'Gandee Vasan' in 1998 as a stock photo inspired by The Scream painting by Edvard Munch. This stock image was also used (albeit heavily edited) for the cover of the 2001 film Maniacts.

Jaybill himself is the one who doctored the stock photo into its now infamous form we know today, starting with this screamer and then the ones succeeding it.
The animation has been reuploaded on multiple websites including YouTube, where it has gained many views. The screamer has also been featured on America's Funniest Home Videos (used there as a substitute screamer in place of Regan MacNeil in The Maze) numerous times. Screamers of this kind became more and more popular as they began to circulate on the Internet. A few more examples of this are What's wrong with this picture?, Zoeken, Forest-wmv and Basement Ghost.

The screamer gained so much traction in its day, that it managed to land a spot in the New York Times on April 22, 2002. The article hosts a small interview with Jaybill, who describes both his website and the screamer which was made "exclusively for the purpose of scaring my girlfriend."

Interestingly enough, the very *first* screamer reaction video on the internet may have originated alongside this screamer. In mid-2002, Jaybill posted an article on his website in regards to a video sent to him from a subject reacting to this screamer. The subject/victim of the video is named "Jose."
What's Wrong With This Picture? was a series of Flash animations based on What's Wrong, which was first launched on April 19, 2002. The animation first shows a message asking the player to find something wrong with the picture, and after a few seconds, a screamer appears along with a loud scream, but the series was later removed after Liquid Generation went down.

All Series
What's Wrong #1
The game instructs the player to find something wrong with a photograph of a black and white bedroom from 1969, forcing the player to look at their computer screen. After a few seconds, a woman with no eyes from the 1981 Italian Southern Gothic supernatural horror film The Beyond pops up along with the same scream from Opticals Illusions.

What's Wrong #2
There was a second version of this where the image was an old pipe factory, but after a short second, a zombie mask leaps up with a loud roar. The animation then shows the Sabotage outro where the ninja jumps from the top of the screen, then says: "You got sabotaged" and a link to Liquid Generation crushes him.

What's Wrong #3
There's a third version was added to this series in September 2003, but the animated film of the screamer was not archived on Wayback Machine. There was an archive, but it led to an official Liquid Generation channel after it shut down, and there is no way to play the third version.

Stress Test was a Flash screamer made by Liquid Generation in 2006. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website in 2016.

The game starts with a survey, and upon completion, it calculates the player's answers. Afterward, a loading screen appears, followed by a looping GIF of Darryl Revok getting his head exploded from the 1981 science fiction horror film Scanners, accompanied by a loud scream. Four seconds later, a text appears on the screen saying "You have been sabotaged."
