The latest version was released in early 2010 and contains 300 levels, but earlier versions were released as early as 2005 and contained significantly fewer levels. The earliest known version, for example, included only 75 levels, with later versions continuously adding more, hence the name. The game contains a [[screamer]] at level 113.

The objective of the game is to figure out how to get to the next level, which usually involves a password. The first few levels are extremely simple and flat-out tell the player how to proceed, while the later levels contain progressively more difficult clues, which eventually require an extreme amount of creativity and lateral thinking, to the point that they may even require the player to open additional applications or to play around with the flash menu in order to proceed.

Deep within the game, in Level 113, the game shows a large wall of a text containing perplexing and seemingly contradictory clues, which, however, do not seem out of place at this stage of the game. It reads:

This sentence is the least helpful. Whereas this sentence could prove to be the most helpful of all. You need this sentence to connect the previous 2 senses. And this sentence here means less than anything. Really only the first three sentences that follow the last five sentences count whereas the middle 8 sentences have nothing to do with everything. Take that last sentence I just said and think about it backward. Look at this sentence too.

As it turns out, the entire text was just a red herring, and after about 35 seconds, four identical pictures of a man who pulls his own eyeballs down his face with his bare hands pop up zooming in and out with a red filter, accompanied by a high-pitched scream, followed by a series of scare chords played on a violin.

After this, the screen goes black, with white text slowly scrolling up, saying: “This entire game, from start to finish, was only a screamer. I hope I made you crap your pants because you just wasted many hours of your life that you'll never get back...”

The screen then stays black for a few seconds, after which the words “''APRIL FOOLS!!''” pop up, followed by an actual hint to beat the level.

If the player already knows the password beforehand, it is possible to bypass the screamer, since it is not necessary to wait for the screamer to show up before the solution becomes available.

The instructions, which are narrated by a female voice, tell the player that the window has been frosted over, and challenges them to wipe off the frost to "reveal the secrets of the season". A snippet of the Christmas carol ''Deck The Halls'', played on a harpsichord, can be heard in the background.

Once the player presses 'Play' or skips the instructions, a finger appears on the screen, which can be moved by the mouse to wipe off the frost from the window. Wiping it will reduce the frost in some areas, which will, however, quickly freeze over again. the Gameplay will start as soon as the narration is over, even if the player did not click "''Play''" yet. The game shows a darkened view of a shelf containing multiple ventriloquist dummies. Players are in control of a flashlight to help to illuminate the place. Every once in a while, a pair of eyes will pop up over one of the dolls, and the player needs to click on them, which will make the eyes and the doll disappear (though it is possible that the eyes will re-appear in a place where the doll has already vanished).

As soon as the player clicks on their 5th pair of eyes, a close-up image of the ghost of Mary Shaw (the same picture as the one used from the [[Mary Shaw|MaryShaw.gif]]) will appear, shaking and screaming at the viewer. Then the [[Liquid Generation]] Sabotage jingle will play, but without the cartoon ninja as in other Sabotages. When the player starts the game, the Text box appears, which is narrated by an echoing voice which continues in an endless loop until the player clicks 'Next':

“Throughout the centuries, thousands of people have locked themselves in bathrooms and played Bloody Mary. Some say the legend of Bloody Mary is just a ghost story... But in 1898, after seeing Bloody Mary for himself, crazed artist Heri Rimbaud painted an optical illusion that would allow people to see safely see Mary's ravished face. This is that illusion...”, After clicking 'Next', an image of an old mirror of appears in the background, while the narrator reads out the instructions: ''“Hold your face ten inches away from your computer screen and stare at the optical illusion. Without blinking your eyes, slowly whisper “Bloody Mary” thirteen times. When you're done, close your eyes and you'll see the image of Bloody Mary.”''

If the player continues, the game will zoom in on the mirror. Lightning sounds can be heard in the background, accompanied by flashing effects, while a voice slowly whispers “Bloody Mary” multiple times. A couple of creepy faces briefly show up without any screams, partially being obscured by the texture of the mirror. Shortly before the voice finishes whispering “Bloody Mary” for the fifth time, an image of a bloody woman with a white face and glowing red eyes jumps out through the mirror with a high-pitched scream.

Then, the Liquid Generation Sabotage jingle plays, but without the cartoon ninja. Instead, the following text appears, which is again narrated: ''“Haha... we got you. Now do you really want to see the optical illusion? This time we won't make you crap your pants. We promise.”''

An option appears at the bottom, saying 'click here for illusion'. Once the player does that, a black and white optical illusion appears, while the narrator explains: ''“Just stare at this image for thirty seconds. When you're done, close your eyes and you should see an image of a devilishly looking lady.”''

The player can click on 'Instructions' in the top left corner to hear the instructions again, or simply click 'Play Again' to start the flash over. Contrary to what the player might expect, there don't seem to be any additional screamers at this point, and the supposed illusion seems to do nothing, Decompiling the flash reveals that the Katie Embry picture, as used in screamers like [[Follow the Red Dot]], is part of the game's files. It does not seem to appear with the other creepy faces during the Bloody Mary sequence, so it is unknown how the picture is involved in the flash. It might be related to the bonus illusion after the screamer (since it would fit the description in the instructions), but it doesn't seem to show up at this point.

The game coordinates the player's eye vision, and the motor skills in individuals, the reason is for being in the computer for too long, and can seriously affect someone's finger dexterity, the player has given 5 tasks to do, such as Speed Visualization, and Reaction Time, the first tasks involves the fly, and the player has to kill it while it was moving around, since it's a Hand-Eye Test, the player has given a stop-time, to measure the speed how they accomplish the tasks in seconds.

After killing the fly, the player moves on to the next task, and the second task, the player must click the buttons that immediately turns red, clicking them will increase the percentage of the player's accuracy, in the last task, the player must concentrate on the movement of the dot, in the "s" shaped slide, after a few seconds, the screen cuts into an animation of an eye oozing blood, along with a loud voice screaming in pain, before cutting to the Liquid Generation outro.

The slideshow will begin after the user clicks 'Play', and automatically browse through the pictures, so there is no need to click to get to the next slide. After the 13th image, an edited picture of a man with sharp teeth, four eyes, black knuckles and small tentacle-like appendages on either side of his head, who is doing a thumbs-up gesture, will suddenly pop up and zoom in with a loud, high-pitched scream, and then briefly blink with all four eyes.

While most of the pictures in the slideshow are lighthearted and feature kids dressing up as animals, fictional characters or food items, the 13th picture, which appears right before the screamer, actually seems to show a child dressing up as [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ali_Shallal_al-Qaisi Ali Shallal al-Qaisi], an Iraqi prisoner who had infamously been tortured at Abu Ghraib prison during the 2003 Iraq war, If one looks closer to the kid's head on the last part, you can tell it's clearly photoshopped because of the head shape on the costume.

''Sports Fitness Test'' was a flash [[screamer]] game created and hosted by [[Liquid Generation]]. However, with the closure of Liquid Generations website, the site is now defunct, The game pretends to be a test by the American Association of Sports Medicine designed to rate the user's “''sports brain''” (described as the portion of the brain dedicated to various sports-related motor skills), and supposedly compared it to the scores of top athletes around the world once the test was done.

The actual test consisted of three simple sports themed minigames, with the third one being the set-up for the screamer. Its premise was thus very similar to the [[The Hand Eye Coordination Test|Hand-Eye Coordination Test]] prank found on the same website, which also features three minigames for a similar purpose. In fact, the first and third of these minigames were almost identical in both pranks and only differ in their theme.

In the first game, the player was challenged to catch a baseball which moves in an erratic pattern across the screen in as little time as possible. The second game gave the player 15 seconds to press the left and right arrow keys as often as they can, in order to make an American football player run faster on-screen, In the third and final minigames, the player was supposed to follow a soccer ball moving along a wavy line around a soccer field with their mouse cursor, while the game keeps track of their accuracy. However, just before the ball is about to cross the halfway line for a second time, a shaking picture of Mike Tyson eating pasta with his mouth wide open popped up with a scream, and then softly says "''Hi guys!''" in a high-pitched voice.

There was a minor glitch in the baseball minigames. If the player clicks on the baseball symbol instead of the “Ready?” text to start the game, the mitt would stay at the bottom of the screen with a ball already in it, instead of following the mouse cursor like it is supposed to. The game would still work like normal, though.
