However, a later version of the site was developed using [[Wikipedia:HTML5|HTML5]], and the Google Sites version was later deleted.

Upon entering the site, visitors are greeted with a black box labeled "Click Here! hehe!" and hyperlinked text underneath it that reads "Click Here for something else", clicking on it redirects visitors to the [[Main Page|Screamer Wiki homepage]]. Originally, the box contained a warning about the screamer, however, clicking the button now redirects to a shortened URL, which leads to a video featuring [[Regan MacNeil]] flashing rapidly with a loud, distorted scream and text at the top that says "HA! You GOT PRANKED!!! :D".

The screamer link originally redirected users to an archived version of [[Killerjo.net]], which failed to display the screamer. Later, the link was changed to the same animated file from [[Anne.jpg]], which displayed a flashing image of [[Jeff the Killer]] accompanied by a loud scream. The screamer link then redirected to [[Winterrowd.ytmnd.com]], and as of August 17th, 2021, the site now redirects to the flashing video of [[Regan MacNeil]].

Focus is a [[Flash]] [[animation]] created by Wally Bartus and uploaded to [[Albino Blacksheep]] in 2004.

The animation shows an [[wikipedia:Optical illusion|optical illusion]] image with a black and white checkered pattern with a circle in the middle. There is text above the image in which the narrator prompts the viewer to focus on the circle for approximately 20 seconds, then to look at a flat surface.

However, the image only persists for 10 seconds, before it suddenly cuts to a picture of an overweight woman exposing her buttocks, accompanied by a fart sound. Later, the text "Didn't I get you? 'Hahaha!" appears.

While not containing any scary images, this [[screamer]] can still startle unsuspecting viewers and expose them to unexpected NSFW material, which can be embarrassing to some people.
