It's very similar to "[[Try Not to Get Scared|Try Not To Get Scared]]" in terms of style, but features largely different sources for the segments. A number of the segments contain jump scares.

Unlike "Try Not To Get Scared", the video starts off with a viewer discretion notice that warns that the video's content may not be suitable for some viewers. After this, the rules show up, which say that the lights must be off, that your headphones (or volume) must be cranked up, as well as no hiding in the comments section. Then, the video begins.

“My First Screamer (READ DESC)” is a [[screamer]] video made by [[YouTube]] user SuperMarioJustin4 (who not only is he on this wiki, but he also loves this post). This video is a re-construction of the first screamer that he had ever seen back when he was a child. It already begins with a warning:

''The following video is a recreation of a SCREAMER I saw a decade ago... (READ DESC)''

''I am not responsible for any heart attacks or the scarring of your children. Besides, you should be watching your kids, and check what they do the computer...''

As well as copyright notices. The actual video is just part of a ''Tom and Jerry'' episode. At 1:05, right after Spike slams two trash can lids on the sides of Tom's head, the video suddenly blacks out, and a few seconds later [[Regan MacNeil]] pops up with a long female scream.
==Video description==
The video was a clip from the 1944 Tom and Jerry cartoon “The Bodyguard”, where Tom catches Jerry, laughs maniacally, and says “In me power!”. A white female cat then comes along, and Tom wolf-whistles. Once he does this, Spike, the main antagonist of this short, grabs 2 trash can lids and squishes Tom’s head like a pancake. He then slowly falls to the ground. Right after this, a black screen was shown. Then, described by SuperMarioJustin4 in the description, a bloody girl pops up with a scream. He thinks it was Regan MacNeil with the Deranged Woman Scream sound effect.
