The origin of the video is partially unknown. More attention was brought to the video after a [https://trollpasta.com/wiki/1_Guy_2_Spoons creepypasta] was written about it. which has since been deleted from the Creepypasta Wiki and moved to the Trollpasta Wiki for its low quality and perceived lack of scariness. The pasta largely just describes the actual video, but adds the twist of implying it has the supernatural ability to make people want to pluck their own eyes out with spoons. The narrator also name-drops other notorious shock videos, namely [[1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick]], [[1 Man 1 Jar]], and [[3 Guys 1 Hammer]].

The video with an approximate duration of 8 seconds (without counting the seconds of the eFukt logo) starts with a woman slowly removing a basketball from a transwoman's anus. The woman uses a piece of plexiglass with a small hole in it to help remove the ball slowly. While the ball is being removed, the woman can be heard grunting loudly.
