In versions after v2.2.0 and prior to v2.5.0, use of the password would cause the semi-transparent image of a blue dog Toon (from madtoontownreturns's Toontown YouTube horror series known as ''COG'') with red eyes and a toothy grin (specifically an image as the Toon is depicted in Season 1, Episode 2 of madtoontownreturn's ''Ayumu'' series) to appear on-screen, accompanied by a screaming tone, while the player character was shown going sad in the background by the custom cog of staff member "Swag Foreman." This jumpscare was created in response to the leak of the password by a user named ''Grumpy Bear,'' and the staff decided to retaliate against said leak by turning it into a [[screamer]]. However, in versions v2.5.0 and later, the screamer was replaced with a screen effect, rendering it nonexistent. No videos documenting the screamer remain on [[YouTube]], but some images of it can still be found on ''[[Wikipedia:Discord|Discord]],'' and the actual image used in the jumpscare itself can be found as part of a source code leak for ToonTown Offline v2.5.7. However, the underlying code, scream sound effect, and all other aspects of the screamer are still lost.

Prior to ToonTown Offline's "Jazzy Update" (otherwise known as v2.2.0), entering the 3dmodelingasusual cog index password would turn the player into the custom cog of staff member "Swag Foreman."

Following the release of v1.0.0.0 and the subsequent rebranding of Toontown Offline to Toontown Realms, with a shift in codebase and attempt at a fresh start came a complete removal of this easter egg, even in the non-screamer ''Retro Zone'' form.

: Thanks for getting to me, I've just put it on the page. If you need me to do anything more with it or you don't want it on there for one reason or another, let me know. I'm also interested in recreating the screamer in the Toontown Online source code by memory to give people an idea of what it looked like given the actual code for the original being gone. Hardest part might be finding the scream sound given that I don't even remember what that scream even sounded like anymore.
