* At 3:15, after the comments on the Number 7 spot conclude, an image of a close-up of the face of a cymbal-banging monkey toy is shown. Just like the previous one, it lasts for less than a second and is accompanied by a loud static noise.
* At 3:45, during the commentary on Number 6, an up close image of a real life tarantula is suddenly shown, which lasts until the end of the entry. No loud noise plays, but it can be very startling.
* At 5:55, during the reveal of Number 2, Blizzeta's already frightening face is accompanied by an extremely loud scream.
* At 8:09, right at the end of the video, an image of a decaying zombie woman's face with red eyes pops up, alongside the same loud scream from the previous screamer.

The first five images on the chart show a progressive enlargement of the breasts from sizes one through five.

Once clicked, the game starts, showing as a first-person shooter screen with a Samus' Arm Cannon, her helmet's visor shown internally and a rocky desert environment. A rock remix of the Brinstar theme from the ''Metroid'' franchise plays throughout. There are five Metroids moving back and forth and three stationary Space Pirates that the player must shoot down before their energy runs out.
