'''Moid''' was a [[shock site]] registered on October 7th, 2004.

Originally, it was used as a file host according to [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]] for uploading shock content and "bestiality porn". It hosted notorious shock content such as [[Goatse]], [[Lemon Party]], [[Pillowfight]], [[Goatse Girl]], [[2 Kids 1 Sandbox]], and [[2 Girls 1 Cup]]. However, after a while, it apparently began to host other categories of media, as well as being used as a new imageboard catered towards pedophiles. Users of other imageboards such as [[4chan]] had also frequented Moid.

The file host was apparently botted in which several images of the Internet meme [https://knowyourmeme.com/sensitive/memes/shoop-da-whoop Shoop Da Whoop] were uploaded. In 2006, a [[wikipedia:PunBB|PunBB]] forum would be hosted, with the default user's profile picture being a pornographic drawing of a [[wikipedia:Badgers (animation)|Badger]]. The file host would be shutdown in early 2009, presumably due to local authorities reporting the site three times for the distribution of child sexual abuse material<ref>[[File:Moid 4chan post.png|240px]]</ref>. The forum would continue operating before Moid was fully taken down on July 6th, 2010, with a picture of the meme [https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/4chan-party-van 4chan Party Van] featured, leading to its users speculating that the site's owner may have been arrested. The domain was later put on sale by the original owner, although it has been left unacquired since.
