While clicking the community link goes to the stumpgrinder.info, clicking the 18+ warning forces your web browser into fullscreen, triggers several extremely loud distortions of Loud Nigra, with flashing photoshopped images of a dead skinned dog, along with a video of a man squatting in a pool of semi-clotted blood, forcing a large, bloodstained industrial screw down his urethra.

Prior to March 13th, 2020, this video was instead a medical recording of pork tapeworm cysts being squeezed from a human liver, and also the cursor is a deformed-looking 4 penis with blood on it presenting the swastika Flag. In October 2020, the site changed the background image to a guy with his face smashed in by a bear (which was recently featured on [[Offended]]), along with a baby with a [[Harlequin Fetus]] disease, but the industrial screw video is still maintained.

In March 2020, the website became one of the top trending pages on ''Know Your Meme''.

After March 2020, the website's popularity died down, however, in June 2020, The Donald user "ProtectWhites" continued the roleplaying that TheRomanAtheist did by spamming Kekma.ga there.<ref>https://thedonald.win/u/ProtectWhites/?type=comment</ref>.

In July 2020, Kekma.ga spiked once again, possibly due to the 2020 election. On the 22nd of July, 2020, the kekma.ga domain was seized for obscene content, and the site was moved to kekma.xyz. Kekma.ga had a link to their discord server on the front page, however after the Discord server was banned the link was cycled around to multiple Trans/LGBT servers, and the link was later changed to kkkekma@protonmail.com, and finally to stumpgrinder.xyz.

The website was later shut down yet again in late July 2020, as the .xyz domain was apparently seized for various violations of the registrar's terms of service. It was brought back up again on kekma.net after two days.

It was spread around across Discord, where people began posting this video around the internet, but there is no actual video that can be found the internet; only the showcase video only existed to demonstrate that the video really exist.

The video starts with a clip from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "The Algae's Always Greener", where SpongeBob calls out "Victory screech!", but before he and all of the customers do the ululating cry, but instead of continuing, it immediately cuts to a naked man cutting the tip of his penis off while screaming in agony, followed by him applying a tissue afterwards. Another video, titled: "5 Seconds Countdown", was created. The video depicted a timer counting down from 5 to 1, and when it ran out, it immediately cut to footage of a woman squirting diarrhea onto a man's penis.
