The user page starts with a message that the supposed creepypasta is similar to Sonic.exe, and tells the user to not say it was copied. Messages like this were common with Sonic.exe clones on the site Geoshea's Creepypasta Wiki.

Instead, it shows a very long montage of gruesome images involving dead people, genital mutilation, gore, pornography, furries, and more gruesome content. At the end of the page, a photo of a disabled boy dressed as Superman is shown, with the caption "You're a winner, my friend."

The video shown came from Japan in 1998 and stars two Japanese women. The opening shows one of the women pulling down the other one's pants while some accordion music is playing. The camera then zooms into the woman's anus where a long stream of fecal matter is excreted while the two are making out. Then, one of them vomits into the other's mouth before they both start vomiting on the camera. In the last few moments of the video, one of them poops in the other's mouth to which they start transferring the excrement into their mouths.
==Original video (Turdgasm)==
The full version of this video came from the original Turdgasm website without the music, only hosted on [[LOLShock]]. While the site has existed since 2008, some altercations were made in late 2014 that not only changed what the text on the left said, but also changed the original video with another scat-related video.

In the newer edition, the video playing was a [[YouTube]] video produced in 2009, and shows two elderly women in a living room. Similar to the previous one, the two proceed to play and consume each other's feces with similar-sounding accordion music accompanying the acts. Yet, due to the video violating YouTube guidelines, it was removed. The website's interface can still be accessed though.
