The video begins by showing a naked, middle-aged man sitting on top of a glass and inserting it inside his anus, while he has a screwdriver handle in his urethra. The songs that play are the first 12 seconds of [https://youtube.com/watch?v=L0PEsWaMXK0&pp Curses! Another Shape-Shifting Wraith] by the band ''A Thousand Times Repent'' and then [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWKtrze79Ys Circumambulation of the Transendent Pillars of Singularity] by the band ''Burzum''. The video then cuts to him pulling the screwdriver out of his penis by both shank and blade, damaging it, and causing blood to flow.

The video cuts to the puddle of blood on the floor with the screwdriver in the floor before the man walks into his bathroom revealing that his bathtub and sink are both filled with blood, leading to the uncomfortable implication that he's done this more than once. The ambience of this video (lighting, music) is also very disturbing.
