In the house, Buzz Buzz discovers a Magic Butterfly that follows him, then heads to a door where he battles a Giygaspawn. During the battle, the Giygaspawn seemingly causes the game to crash, followed by the appearance an anti-piracy screen with red text and a Giygas background. The anti-piracy screen disappears, followed by the appearance of a file menu with a moving purple Giygas background without Giygas' face, displaying the files Buzz and NESS. The latter gets deleted, followed by the selection of the former. After that, the game starts in Ness's house, but now the Magic Butterfly is replaced by an apparition of Paula with closed eyes. Buzz Buzz heads to the same door where he battled the Giygaspawn, but instead, Ness's mutated mother and Tracy and King fused into a chimera are found, where he also discovers a Devil's Machine gun. Buzz Buzz quickly leaves, to avoid battling them.

Buzz Buzz then heads to another door, only this time, the Paula apparition is replaced with the Magic Butterfly, folowed by him battling the Starman Prime. After the battle, Buzz Buzz heads to a cave where he discovers Paula trapped in a red substance. Paula gives Buzz Buzz PSI fire, followed by Paula disappearing, then Buzz Buzz battling the Shadow Invader. After that, Buzz Buzz heads to a hole which takes him to a location resembling Giygas' lair in the original game. In that location, Buzz Buzz battles the Doomsday Demon and Infernal Psychic Psycho. After defeating the duo, Buzz Buzz eventually discovers Ness who had been possessed by Giygas, culminating in a battle between the two. Buzz Buzz struggles in the battle, leaving him no choice but to use the Devil's Machine gun he found earlier, which doesn't work and culminates in Ness shrouding Buzz Buzz in a void of complete darkness. In the void, Buzz Buzz tries to use his PSI but is prevented by Giygas, resulting in his demise in the battle, followed by Ness tearing Buzz Buzz apart offscreen, then Giygas merging with Buzz Buzz. After that, an orange-colored Earth appears, followed by scrolling text describing Buzz Buzz's failure and Giygas' takeover of Earth.

After the text disappears, the screamer part of the video appears. It shows a cutscene of Ness slowly laughing in a deep, unsettling manner, followed by him stopping the laughter, then his hair and cap disintegrating, and a third eye developing on his forehead, followed by him smiling, then developing Giygas' facial features with the screen shaking and gradually turning red, with Giygas fading into the background, then suddenly at 39:46, the screen zooms in to a realistic-looking image of a completely bald Ness with pale skin and smiling face with black eyes and a third eye with a red iris on a Giygas background, while wearing a red and black striped shirt appears with a child-like echoing scream, followed by a low-pitched "I miss you". After that, the credits roll, followed by an after-credits scene which depicts an adult Poo awakening, along with a Mr. Saturn describing the events that took place on Earth, and Poo talking about the current events taking place on Earth and stopping them.

The video was eventually deleted by SiIvaGunner after one of the members of his channel, Le Ruse Bird, uploaded it without permission, resulting in severe backlash. The screamer was remade by Isadoresherman90 on Dailymotion, and has the same sources, but the footage of the screamer might be taken from [[Nuclear Bomb Test in the Pacific Ocean]], as the [[Winterrowd.com|winterrowd]] link can be seen on the bottom right (though it possibly may have happened in the original video as well).

The video was found as one of the screamers mixed in the partially-lost [[2016]] screamer, and uses the Dailymotion remake, as the Winterrowd link is visible. (or the original, maybe.)
