The video also states, the viewer is challenged to spot the difference between the two images, shown on the screen. The first image is a childlike drawing of a farm. Even though the challenge is to find THE difference, there are actually more than one (The flower on the lower left corner of the screen, the messy wool in the sheep in the right lower corner of the screen, the opened door, the tree in the background, the wheel decoration, the lines in the tractor, and the wagon).

Nothing different happens in the first image, and the creator of the video tells people to say what differences they saw in the comment section. Moving on to the next image, it is a cartoonish drawing of a residence that looks like a dollhouse. This time, it doesn't have a difference. Then, at 0:48, a picture of [[Kayako Saeki]] from the movie The Grudge pops up along with the scream from [[Jingle Bells Reversed]]. Again, the creator tells people to say what differences they saw in the comments, and, finally, the video ends.

There is another copied video called: "Scary pop up 29" by Cabbage Juice, the video is more popular than the original, however, the original video was privated by the uploader, and the mirror one is still active to this day.
