''M a r i o'' is a [[screamer]] video created and uploaded onto [[YouTube]] by a user ''SkyBlueCat'' on January 10th, 2021, the video disguises as a normal gameplay video of someone playing Super Mario Bros. on an 8-bit third-generation home video game console known as ''NES'' (Nintendo Entertainment System).

The video starts out with a normal gameplay of Super Mario Bros, of someone playing it on the NES console, after a short period of time, the viewer started to notice some eerie texts secretly flashing on the screen, it first appeared at 0:30 second mark, it reads: "''D e a t h''", the second and the third texts appeared at 0:32 and 0:34, it reads: "f e a r", and the second text states: "''k e e p, g o i n g, y o u, w i l l, s e e, d e a t h...''", now after all of the texts appears on the screen.

The gameplay will still progress until the video reaches at 0:39 second mark, as soon as Mario jumps on the question block, the gameplay freezes, but suddenly, the screen cuts into an edited picture of an eyeless figure with a wide mouth, along with extremely loud corrupted noises, before cutting out to a VHS overlay.

It makes it look like an old footage recorded in 1990s, now the VHS overlay is over, this leads back to the start menu, when the player selects, they are redirected to a very, strange level that contains nothing, the Mario is only visible, with no music playing, after a few seconds, where Mario gets crushed, an edited picture of Boxxy with empty eye sockets, appears and immediately zooms in, along with an extremely loud noise, before ending the video with a text: "I hate you".

The [[screamer]] disguises itself as a simple game, in which the objective is to count how many instances of a word/letter there are within a passage of text, and the player answers into a text box before the 60-second timer runs out, however, a giveaway is that the textbox is fake and cannot be typed into. Once the timer decreases to 45 seconds, a screaming, glaring zombie from [[Tic-Tac-Toe]] suddenly flashes onto the screen with a loud, echoing, high-pitched scream, After this, it advertises kit's website and offers a replay button.
